This job was great for experience but it just wasn't the right fit for me. A regional sales manager ensures profitable growth in sales, revenue. Additionally, the regional sales manager manages a sales team in the specified area. The regional sales manager provides ongoing support to distribute and produce to product or service. Also the team leads really do everything in their power to try to help you out. A Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the sale of a business’ products or services in a specified region or geographical area. The best part of the job was probably the people you work with (young crowd) and the fact that management always has some type of event in the works whether it's providing bagels for breakfast and pizza for lunch or even out of office events. Your team lead and other people in your vertical will constantly monitor your calls and will be looking over your shoulder so if you're the type of person that likes to have some privacy while you do your work.you won't get that privilege. People are constantly yelling, throwing balls, banging the gong, not to mention that they will be blasting America's top 50 hits (minus the rap) at 7:00 in the morning until 4. Also if you don't want to be in an extremely noisy environment, this is not the place for you. I'd say the hardest part of the job was keeping a positive attitude through all the rejection.
